BeSignal is a secure B2B SaaS platform helping organizations — especially universities and public institutions — manage whistleblower reports and risk alerts. Trusted by 1,500+ clients, it ensures compliance (GDPR, Sapin II) and promotes a safer, more transparent environment.
Before ReachUP
BeSignal relied primarily on inbound marketing and referrals. While effective to an extent, inbound strategies showed limitations when targeting high-value B2B clients, especially in the public sector.
They had never done outbound, lacked internal bandwidth, and needed an autonomous partner to handle everything — from strategy to execution — without adding overhead to their team.
After ReachUP
We built and launched BeSignal’s first-ever outbound engine in less than 3 weeks. The campaign focused on French higher education institutions, with tailored messaging and validated contact lists.
The collaboration was smooth, with fast alignment on targeting, messaging, CRM integration, and lead handling.
One of the first meetings booked was with Centrale Nantes — a prospect BeSignal had previously engaged but never converted. Our cold email sequence succeeded where internal follow-ups hadn’t.
